Recently, the Bolton Central School chapter of the National Honor Society had the honor of hosting senior members of the community for a delightful afternoon of food and entertainment.
Guests were personally escorted by student members of the NHS and entertainment was provided by the BCS music department. Margaret Maranville, Cafeteria Manager, and her team provided a delicious lunch. Mrs. Jessica Foy and her Food & Nutrition students provided the desserts and NHS students made sure everyone had what they needed to enjoy their visit. Guests were able to enjoy a trip down memory lane looking at yearbooks from graduations past that were projected onto the big screen on stage.
The luncheon was a success, “our students truly enjoyed spending time with the senior community and thanking them for their support though the years.”,” said NHS Advisor, Lori Humiston. Being able to catch up with our dear friends is always a true delight! The Bolton CSD National Honor Society luncheon for senior members of our community is a much-anticipated event and we’re looking forward to sharing time again soon!
