A call from the Town of Bolton stirred up some excitement recently. The eagerly awaited invitation to help stock Trout Lake with rainbow trout! This year was extra special with three elementary classes hoping to be a part of this yearly tradition. Close to thirty students, as well as BCS Principal Mrs. Mazza, Superintendent Mr. Chad Shippee and a few extra friends gathered on the dock at the Trout Lake Club. All were fortunate to be on hand to watch Avery Fish Hatchery release hundreds of rainbow trout into Trout Lake. Town of Bolton Supervisor Ron Conover joined our eager group of young environmental scientists as everyone worked together to stock the lake. We are very fortunate to be part of the Town of Bolton who includes our students in this exciting kick-off event for warmer weather!
