Recently Cafeteria Manager Mrs. Maranville provided an opportunity for all BCS students to sample three varieties of New York State apples and pick their favorite! With the support of her cafeteria team, Mrs. Dapolito and Ms. Eggleston, Mrs. Maranville prepared a sample dish for each student that included a slice of Gala, Fuji and Jonagold. Students sampled the three varieties and talked about the different tastes, textures and appearances. It was close but Gala was the favorite!
