If a visiting teams’ players or spectators conduct themselves poorly, exert every effort to maintain a calm and cool manner. We have chaperones, and at basketball games, cheerleaders, who constantly remind the crowd of the need to be good sports, but they cannot do it alone. All of us become part of the process.
