Recently Mr. Andrejkovics’ 4th grade class spent the day with Mr. Ted Caldwell and Mr. John Gaddy exploring the historical places in and around Bolton. The group visited such sites as Mohican Point, Jacoby Park and the site of the Civilian Conservation Corps Camp, just to name a few. While on Mohican Point, the group caught sight of an asylum of loons and were fortunate enough to enjoy their calls.
Students learned of Bolton’s early days as a settlement and then a town. Being able to visit these locations is truly an honor. Thank you to Mr. Caldwell and Mr. Gaddy for being such generous guides and stewards for our community!
