At Bolton Central School, Library Club meets once a week during the school year. Even in this very different year, the Library Club was able to meet safely while wearing masks and remaining socially distant.
Library Media Specialist Denise Jorgensen had students choose a book, musical or movie they like and write a letter to its creator. Back in January, fifth grader Thea Kennedy received a letter from J.K. Rowling herself!
Today’s mail brought an envelope for fifth grader Maddy Andersen! The return address was from Lin Manuel Miranda, creator and star of the award winning musical Hamilton! Maddy loves the musical and could hardly contain her excitement on receiving a handwritten note from Lin Manuel Miranda!
